Even though Vietnam is the second biggest coffee exporter in the world, farms are small and, farmers grow and process based on their own knowledge and experience. They do not have any standard to follow or instructions from experts. Therefore, most coffee buyers do not value Vietnamese coffee despite its unique taste and flavor. As a result, Vietnamese coffee cannot reach to coffee lovers all around the world.
